Our colouring books
Each page mixes hand-drawn, Māori-inspired art with kupu in te reo Māori and English, so tamariki learn new words while they colour with their whānau at home.
From the moana to the page
Duan loves the moana. He's spent his whole life in the ocean, diving and surfing, and for years he's drawn the creatures he swims with, like the wheke, the manta and the kekeno, in fine pencil and Māori-inspired patterns.
During COVID, those drawings became our first colouring book. Emma saw how much tamariki loved them and pushed for us to share them with other whānau.
Now we make every book together, to help tamariki learn te reo Māori and care for our taiao.
